COL Francisco Dominicci serves as the Division Chief for the Solution Delivery Division. SDD is responsible for the portfolio of enterprise applications, data solutions and integration activities. Prior to SDD, COL Dominicci served as the Chief Nursing Information Officer for the Army Medical Command and Program Manager, Military Health System (MHS) Virtual Health Program for the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

A Board-Certified Informatician and a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, COL Dominicci was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Nurse Corps in 1996 entering the military through the Army ROTC.
