As VP of Operations at B3 Group, Ms. Coyne is responsible for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processing, performance management, professional development, employee relations, policies and compliance, and benefits. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources
(SPHR) certification with the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). In addition, she carries a Society of Human Resources Management Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). Ms. Coyne holds a B.A. from Saint Mary's College, as well as a M.P.A. from Troy University.
