Meet the Moderator

Alexia Koelling

Alexia Koelling is the head of our nonprofit and higher education team and is an inspiring leader and superb listener. Throughout a 25+ year career in media strategy, consulting, and account management, her experience and tenacity have helped clients push through their biggest challenges, plan for their futures, and surpass their own boldest goals. She is a frequent podium speaker and is the co-author of “Navigating a brand ‘bounce back’ after a near closure: Sweet Briar College’s ‘fierce’ brand refresh” in the Journal of Education Advancement & Marketing. Alexia holds a B.A. in history from the University of Chicago, an MBA from the University of the People, and is a Master Project Manager (AAPM).

Meet the Speakers

Heidi Halseth 

Heidi Halseth combines her extensive research expertise with a collaborative approach to deliver meaningful insights and results. With over a decade of experience across sectors, including non-profit, associations and federal, Heidi is a mixed methods researcher; however, as a RIVA-trained focus group moderator, she specializes in qualitative research methods, including designing and conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus groups, as well as thematic and narrative analysis. She holds a B.A. in management and media advertising from Michigan State University, with a specialization in public relations.

Libby Morse

Libby Morse, a lightning-fast thinker and conceptualizer, claims many of her best ideas have come to her while shopping at Costco. She’s worked with hundreds of organizations to launch and strengthen their brands and reinvigorate executive-level strategic communications. Libby has a B.A. in English from the University of Chicago and completed graduate studies in drama at the University of Virginia. A fan of film noir and Westerns, she’s also an avid art museumgoer and writes about children’s picture books for Publishers Weekly.

Caitlin Moynihan

Caitlin Moynihan brings over 15 years of experience designing and delivering audience, brand, communications, and reputation insights that drive behavior change and business results. She has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and often blends them with secondary research to deliver well-rounded, actionable insights. As VP of Research at Yes&, Caitlin leads research strategy across diverse verticals including higher ed, associations/nonprofit, commercial, and federal, ensuring creative and brand performance are optimized at every stage. Previously, she led the U.S. Army recruitment research program at Fors Marsh, overseeing the work that drove the high-profile ‘Be All You Can Be’ rebrand.
