Dr. Ryan Vega is a practicing academic hospitalist and serves as the Executive Director of VHA

VHA Innovation Community. Prior to this role, he served as Chief of Quality for the Hunter
Holmes McGuire VAMC and as the Liaison for Institutional-Housestaff Quality and Safety
Initiatives at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System.
